• We can provide maintenance for the CCTV and Access Controls

• We can provide maintenance for the pools of our clients.

• We can adjust the services required by the clients that are within the means and capability of the company.

Soft Services Management

• We intend to deliver commercial cleaning consisting of janitorial services on public areas.

• We intend to provide security personnel to monitor and patrol.

• We intend to deliver facade cleaning, landscape and irrigation works, waste management, and pest control services.

• We can manage the parking area of the clients.

• We can provide fleet management services.

• We can adjust the services required by the clients that are within the means and capability of the company.

Manpower Supply

• We can provide the manpower required by our clients, ensuring that competent CVs are submitted to them and focus on 100% acceptable by client during submission.

• We will ensure that the appointed manpower know and understand all the rules and procedures of their role.

• We will ensure that the appointed manpower are trained and skilled to perform their duties.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Requirements

• We will develop a policy to ensure the health and safety of our clients and theirs customers/tenants, as well as developing procedures that ensure their working environment is kept safe and secured, whilst considering environmental impacts.

• We will conduct environmental monitoring to assess the environmental conditions of our clients, ensuring waste is monitored to prevent environmental pollution.

• We will maintain and monitor energy usage within our clients' building(s) to provide advice to our clients on methods of conservation and to be cost-effective and resource-efficient.

• We will maintain and monitor water usage within our clients' location to provide advice on cost-effective and resource-efficient methods of conservation.
